Yes! The digital product will be sent via email and we deliver physical merch orders internationally.
How long does it take?
Our talented team of artists transforms your portrait from scratch and can get your custom designed portrait to you as quick as within 24 hours.
We will send you your digital artwork to review via email, and once you are satisfied and approved the order, we'll then send the physical merch your way!
Physical merch takes on average takes 5-9 days to US Customers.
International orders take 6–20 days depending on which country you are from.
Additional revisions, may delay the delivery process.
Can I make changes with the artwork?
We offer 2 free revisions, satisfying the customer is of utmost importance, however as these drawings are manually desisgned by our hard working artists any significant changes or details not included in the order notes may incur additional charge ($10).
*We highly suggest to provide ALL / ANY specific details you would like included to get the best result :D
What can I have as my background?
Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.
Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?
Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with.
Can you work from more than one photo?
Yes! In fact, the more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us.
What if I have large number of animals?
No problem, just drop us an email and we can get you a quote for groups a large as you need with a special dicounted pricing!
What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration and will make a huge difference in the end result. But don’t worry, we will reach out to you if we think we need a better photo to get the artwork done right.
